Description: The project comprised a 60,000-square-foot complex with an administration building, a laboratory, and a 300-car parking structure. Site work included landscaping, drainage, and new bulkheads, along with security upgrades and emergency-response facilities.
AVA’s Role: Anil Verma Associates, Inc. (AVA) provided civil and structural engineering, preparing the detailed plans, specifications, and cost estimates for the facility and its site improvements.
