Oakland Airport Connector Project, Oakland, CA

AVA’s Role: Anil Verma Associates, Inc. (AVA) served as a prime consultant under BART’s General Engineering Services contract for this approximately $500 million Design-Build-Operate-Maintain (DBOM) project. AVA provided design review, construction support, and oversight services for the design-build consultant team. Several current AVA staff members also participated in the project’s earlier conceptual and preliminary engineering phases, providing owner-representative consulting services on behalf of BART.
