AVA’s Role
Anil Verma Associates (AVA), Inc. was part of a Project Management team managing the upgrading of all Los Angeles County buildings that were damaged in the Northridge Earthquake in January 1994.
Project Description
The County of Los Angeles owns and operates over 6000 building of all types including hospitals, schools, office and maintenance buildings, correction/police facilities, and housing facilities. Our team is managing the inspections, engineering, and construction management functions to repair and/or upgrade these facilities. Responsibilities included: Project Management, Architectural / Engineering Evaluations, Scheduling, Estimating, Contract Administration.
