Project Description Station includes: Union Station, Civic Center, 5th and Hill, 7th / Flower-Street and Long Beach Light Rail Station, Alvarado, Fairfax / Wilshire over-under station, Santa Monica / Fairfax, Hollywood / Cahuenga, Universal City, and North Hollywood. Detailed design work involved extending footings of existing high-rise buildings in station areas, and strengthening adjacent buildings to accommodate station entrances.
